Replacing the grease fi lters
− Before replacing the grease fi lter, clean the edges of the
part in the extractor hood in which the fi lter is placed.
− Grasp the fi lter with 2 hands.
− Make sure that the lock or the lip on the fi lter is on the
bottom side.
− Insert the back of the fi lter in the opening, press the fi lter
upwards at the front and make sure it clicks tight.

You can obtain a new grease fi lter from a dealer
or the Novy website. In the model of 60 cm,
90 cm and 120 cm are respectively 2, 3 and 4
grease fi lters.
Article number grease fi lter: 8740050.
3.3 Monoblock recircuilatiefi lter (optioneel)
When selecting recirculation, always set the recirculation
programme on the extractor hood (see paragraph 2.4).
If recirculation is chosen a monobloc recirculation fi lter is
fi tted in the extractor hood behind the grease fi lter.
Replacement indicator monobloc recirculation fi lter

Indication: red indicator light stays on
After a set time a red indicator light on the appliance shows
that the monobloc fi lter must be replaced.
Reset the cleaning indicator

The motor must be on. When you fi t the new
monobloc fi lters, it is suffi cient to press the
and keys for 5 seconds at the same time to

reset replacement indication.
Accessing the monoblock recirculation fi lter
Remove the Monoblock recirculation fi llter
− Open the rotating valve with both hands and remove the
aluminium grease fi lter from the hood (3.2).
− The Monoblock recirculation fi lter is located in its opening
in the cooker hood. Remove it from the cooker hood.
Place the Monoblock recirculation fi lter
− Open the rotating valve with both hands and remove the
aluminium grease fi lter from the hood (3.2).
− Place the Monoblock recirculation fi lter is its opening
in the cooker hood.
− Replace the aluminium grease fi lter and close the ro-
tating valve.

You can obtain a new monobloc fi lter from
a dealer or the Novy website. Article number
monobloc fi lter: 8740400.

3.4 Service

To be able to deal with the fault promptly and effi ciently it
is necessary that the Repaired Service knows which type
of appliance you have.

You can fi nd the type number on a sticker in
the inside of the extractor hood. This becomes
visible as soon as you take the fi lter out of the
extractor hood.
