FAULTS AND REPAIRS

Repairs may only be carried out by the dealer or authorised persons.
Problem
Air cleaner does not function.
Remote control functions poorly or not
at all.
Fan does not run.
Fan runs, but air cleaner does not clean
or cleans poorly.
EM Blue Line filter (ElectroMax) crackles.
The air cleaner cannot be operated at the
device.
Indicator LED flashes red
Indicator LED flashes blue.
Indicator LED flashes red +

The air cleaner does not go to a higher
speed when the gas sensor is used.
Gas sensor starts in seemingly clean
rooms.
Air cleaner no longer absorbs harmful

Solution
Close the air intake grille properly or consult your dealer.
Connect the mains voltage.
Have the cable or plug replaced by your dealer.

Check the red LED above the • button on the remote
control by pressing any of the buttons. Replace the battery
of the LED does not light up.

Clean or replace the filters (see section 8).
Open one or more air outlet grilles (see section 4.5).
