a.) Remove the 2-/4-blade knife of the Pacojet Coupe
Set from the top blade head (6).
Then use the knife tongs to grasp the knife in the
center area of the blades. The blade head is facing
upwards at this point.
b.) Place the splash guard on the 2-/4-blade knife so
that the blade head protrudes through the inner hole
of the splash guard.
Pacojet 1/Pacojet 2
c.) Use the knife tongs (4) to attach the combination
of splash guard and processing tool (2-/4-blade knife)
to the knife holder of the pacotizing shaft.
Turn slightly from left to right (counterclockwise)
until the magnet on the knife holder of the pacotizing
shaft holds the blade head.
Pacojet 2 Plus
c.) Use the knife tongs to attach the combination of
splash guard and processing tool (2-/4-blade knife)
to the knife holder of the pacotizing shaft.
To do this, attach the blade head of the processing
tool to the knife holder. Perform an eighth turn
(approx. 45 °) from left to right (counterclockwise).
The processing tool is properly secured when it is
firmly attached to the knife holder.

Note
Damage to property caused by incorrect
use of the protective/pacotizing beakers!
Never attach the protective outer beaker with-
out first inserting the pacotizing beaker.
