CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES ON A STICK
1 Cup Butter, melted
3 Cups White Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs
1 ½ Cups All-
Purpose Flour
1 Cup Unsweetened
Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Semisweet
Chocolate Chips
Popsicle Sticks
APPLE PIE ON A STICK
¼ Cup Golden Raisins

Delicious Apples,
peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. All-
Purpose Flour
¼ Tsp. Ground
Cinnamon
1 Package
Refrigerated Pie Crust
Popsicle sticks

Preheat the CORN DOG MAKER as directed.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar
and vanilla. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing
well after each, until thoroughly blended.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate
mixture until blended. Stir in the chocolate morsels.
Carefully pour into preheated wells of the Lower
Cooking Surface. Place sticks in center of batter.
(Be sure to completely cover sticks with batter.)
Close the Lid and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove each brownie with wooden or plastic
kitchen utensil. Place on plate and allow to cool.
Preheat the CORN DOG MAKER as directed.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins in apple
juice for 5 minutes. Add apples; cook, uncovered, for 8-10
minutes or until tender. Remove from the heat; cool.
Combine the sugars, flour and cinnamon;
add to apple mixture.
On a floured surface, roll out the pie crust and
cut into 2x3" squares using a pizza cutter.
Spoon 2 Tbsp. of pie filling into center of pie dough
square. Gently place second square on top of filling.
Seal sides with a fork. Insert popsicle or bamboo stick.
Place in preheated wells of Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the lid and bake for 5-8 minutes.
Open Lid with pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove pies with a wooden or plastic kitchen utensil.
Place on wire rack to cool.
