Step 41:
Fasten end of the chute fall to
the pellet chute bracket
installed in step 35.
Step 44:
If you have received the pre-
assembled auger section, go
to step 55. Otherwise,
proceed to assembly in the
following steps.
Step 47:
Tighten the hollow hex head
screws with an "Allen" wrench,
on each side of the ball bearing
to hold the shaft in place.
Step 50:
Screw using a 1/8 x 1/2" in
length screw, the rear section
of the motor support to
maintain the PVC pipe in place.

Step 42:
Adjust until the
center line of the
chute is perfectly
aligned with the
corner of the
furnace.
Tighten the two (2)
nuts when the chute
is perfectly in place.

Step 45:
ATTENTION - ATTENTION
HOLD WELL THE AUGER (Db) CAUSE
RISK OF REBOUND (SPRING EFFECT)
WHEN YOU GET TO REMOVE IT FROM
THE PELLET HOPPER.
Step 48:
Insert the other end of the auger in the white PVC pipe
(Da) provided.
The auger must be equal to the bottom of PVC pipe
and not exceed outward of it.
Step 51:
Unscrew the hollow hex head screw
from the end of
the rotation
shaft of the
auger.

Étape 43 :
Install the elbow extension with a gasket
seal (G) to the pellet chute (E). DO NOT
screw in the ferrule so that you can adjust
the extension angle later. (step 59)
Step 46:
Insert the rotation shaft of the auger
(Db) in the "stainless" pipe and the
well of the rotation shaft of the motor
holder (De) provided.

Orient chute fall section with ferrule towards
the opening of the white PVC pipe centered as
much as possible with this opening.
Step 52:
Insert the rotating shaft (below the "U" support plate of the motor
(Dc) in the rotating shaft of the auger. When in place, tighten the set
screws
unscrewed
in step 50.
