Step 6:
Put the «Molex» of the "G10" connecting wire in
the opening of the galvanized panel.
Step 8:
According to the locations selected at steps 1a-b-c, unscrew and interchange, if necessary one or panels of the back section of the
vent box. Place the filter frame and removable panel at locations selected.
Step 9:
Remove the filter from the frame
and fix to the vent box in one of
the middle holes. Replace the
filter.

BURNER & IGNITER INSTALLATION
For ease of access, install the ember burner before positioning the furnace at the
location selected.
Step 13:
Locate the panel at the bottom of the furnace with knockouts that will
receive the ember burner. If necessary, unscrew and inter-change panels and
RESERVE the one for the burner for the side selected in step 1-d and screw the panel
WITHOUT knockouts on the side where will be positioned the hopper. Do not put a
panel on the side of the furnace where will be screwed the vent box.
Step 14:
UNDER the furnace
remove the cap located
on ceiling of the bottom
part of furnace.

Step 7:
7a) Connect together the two "G10" «Molex» .
7b) Screw the control panel to the vent box, two (2) screws on each side.
Connecting of other elements will be done at end of installation.
Step 10:
If necessary, screw the or panels
to the vent box with the screws
removed in step 2 and complete
screwing with four (4) other 1"
screws provided.

Step 15:
In the combustion chamber, remove the grid and
bricks # 7 and # 10 from the floor area. Replace brick
# 7 with the sealing felt (Jc), the bottom tray (Jb) by
inserting the threaded tube into the opening and
finish with the pellet bin (Ja).

Complete screwing of
the other panels with 1"
screws provided (4
screws per panel).
Step 16:
It is important that the letters ARRIERE / BACK of
the pellet bin (Ja) are backward. Make sure the tray
is securely in place and replace the small brick # 10
and the grid. If necessary, cut the brick at dividing
line. You can
throw away
brick # 7.

Step 12:
Slide to remove lid from the wire
hiding-cover (W) and screw to the
vent box on the bar to be near the
furnace.
