READ CAREFULLY THE AirBilo INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND USER MANUAL.
IMPORTANT: These instructions are for the exclusive use of licensed service technicians, to which the responsible authorities
have issued the necessary licence and which are the only ones authorized to do the maintenance and repairs to the AirBilo
furnace and its different components. Above all it is important to remember that all system components can influence the proper
and safe operation of this appliance and that the service technicians must be familiar with the particularities of the appliance
before proceeding with any troubleshooting or repair.
PREPARING INSTALLATION OF THE AirBilo FURNACE. RESPECT MINIMUM CLEARANCES.
Step 1: IT IS BETTER TO CHOOSE THE LOCATION OF THE FAN BOX, REMOVABLE PANEL AND FILTER FRAME, EMBER BURNER
and the PELLET HOPPER BEFORE LOOSENING OR TIGHTING SCREWS ON PARTS OF THESE ELEMENTS.
1-f) CHOOSE the location of the VENT BOX (back or left or right side of the furnace

1-g) CHOOSE the location of the FILTER FRAME; four (4) possible positions. Make sure to choose an easily accessible location
allowing easy filter change.

1-h) SELECT the location of the REMOVABLE PANEL (PANEL WITH HANDLE). This panel will allow quick and easy access to
blower of ventilation box. The panel can also be positioned on either side of the rear section of the vent box (top, back, left,
right). Make sure you have easy access to this removable panel.
1-i) CHOOSE the location of the BURNER. NOTE THAT A SIX (6') FEET LENGTH OF CONNECTION WIRE IS PROVIDED TO
CONNECT the ember burner. Therefore position the burner to the back of the furnace when vent box is on one of the two
sides or place the burner on one of both sides of the furnace when the selected position of the vent box is to the back of
furnace. See also page 58 GRAPHIC MULTIPLE POSITIONING. KEEP MINIMUM EIGHT (8) INCHES OF CLEARANCE BETWEEN
BURNER AND WALL. WE SUGGEST MORE FOR EASE OF ACCESS OR TO BE ABLE TO REMOVE BURNER IF NEEDED.
