Problem
No beer is being
dispensed.
THE SUB is
dispensing warm
beer.
There is ice in the
cooling chamber.
There is too much
foam.
Possible causes
THE SUB has been switched off. Connect the appliance to the
THE TORP is empty.
There is no TORP inside THE
SUB.
THE SUB tap handle is not
correctly installed/positioned.
There is not enough pressure in
THE TORP.
THE SUB is not connected to
the mains power supply.
The door was not closed
correctly.

Remedies

will then hear the pump running.
1 If the pump is working: it
means there is a problem with
THE TORP. Install a new TORP
in THE SUB.
2 If the pump is not working: it
may be defective. Contact the
KRUPS customer service.
Connect THE SUB to the power
supply.
Close the door correctly.
