Operation

If the pressing tool is connected to the power supply system and is not used for
30 minutes, it switches to idle state. No LED is lit.
Briefly pressing the start button activates the device from its idle state. The device
is ready for operation, the green LED lights up.

foldout cover page.
Inserting Geberit pressing attachments
Pressing attachments are pressing jaws, pressing collars and adapter jaws.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to use of defective pressing attachments
Only use pressing attachments that are in perfect working order
and are maintained. See also the chapter "Avoiding hazards
caused by defective pressing attachments".
Observe the operating instructions for the Geberit pressing attachments.

Disconnect the mains plug.

Remove the retaining pin as per figure A.
WARNING! Only use pressing attachments which carry the same
compatibility mark as the pressing tool.

Insert the pressing jaw or adapter jaw into the pressing tool. Push in the
retaining pin until the stop position is reached as per figure B.
