Solution
1. Connect your end device as described.
2.1. The end device must be connected again.
2.2. Set the volume on the end device to maximum.
2.3. Increase the volume of the 911 Soundbar.
2.4. Insure that interference sources like a WLAN router or laptop
are not set up in direct proximity of the 911 Soundbar.
2.5. Concurrent operation of WiFi and Bluetooth

connection from
an end device is not possible without interferences in most

3. Reduce the distance between the 911 Soundbar and your

Solution

your remote and wait until it automatically enters standby mode.
2.2. Delete the 'Power' button on your television remote from the
911 Soundbar so that it does not shut off with your television.
3. Switch the device on using the 'Power' key on the remote
control and select the digital input that is connected to the
desired source device.
