element.
CAUTION
i
Clean the appliance before cooking for the first time.
WARNING
Before cleaning, switch off the appliance, disconnect it from the mains power supply
and wait for it to cool down.
WARNING
Hot surfaces can be damaged by cold water or damp cloths. Do not use abrasive,
corrosive or chlorine-based products, scourers or steel wool. Do not leave acid or
alkaline substances (vinegar, salt, lemon juice, etc.) on the surface of the appliance.
Wash stainless steel surfaces and enamelled parts with soap and water or a neutral
detergent, and rinse and dry them. Use clean sponges and cloths.
CAUTION
i
Do not clean with rough or abrasive materials or sharp metal scrapers.
WARNING
Do not use steam cleaners.
WARNING
Some cooking operations generate a considerable amount of grease. This can
become a hazard if allowed to accumulate on the appliance through lack of cleaning.
Keep the appliance clean and in good working condition.
CAUTION
i
Do not leave heavy spillover to bake on the barbecue as this will make cleaning
more difficult.
