3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is
being used. There should be at least 8 cm distance between
each side of the device and the wall or other objects. The
device should always be used when positioned on an even,
stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the
reach of children and persons with limited mental and
sensory functions. Position the device such that you always
have access to the power plug. The power cord connected to
the appliance must be properly grounded and correspond
to the technical details on the product label.
Before the first use, disassemble all elements which may
have been in contact with food produce and wash them.
Leave the device with the transparent lid open for at least 2
hours. Reassemble the elements when they are completely
dry.
3.3. DEVICE USE
Before the start-up
Open the cover, remove the basket, and pour water into the
tank, not exceeding the MAX level (approx. 2.9 L). Reinsert
the basket and attach the cover.
PLEASE NOTE: if the water exceeds MAX level, drain excess
water using the drain plug located at the bottom of the
device (photo below).

Start-up
When you connect the device to the power supply, the
POWER button LED on the control panel will start blinking
- the device is in standby mode. Press the POWER button
to start the device (the POWER button LED will be lit), and
defrosting will begin. Then, the device will start making ice
cubes according to the selected size (the default setting is
to LARGE cubes ). When the cubes are ready. They will be
transferred to the basket, and the function of removing the
ice build-up will be activated.
PLEASE NOTE: Without applying much force, use your hand
to remove the ice build-up, if the process is too slow. Try not
to let the ice basket fill up completely; empty it regularly.
Ice cubes selection
The default setting is LARGE ice cubes – as indicated
by the LED. To select the cube size, press one of the two
buttons - LARGE or SMALL - on the device control panel,
and your selection will be confirmed by the appropriate LED.
It takes about 9 minutes to make the SMALL cubes, about
10 minutes to make the LARGE cubes. Depending on the
settings, initial water temperature, and operating conditions,
the machine is capable of producing up to about 15 kg of
ice per day.
PLEASE NOTE: During the first few production cycles, the ice
cubes may be smaller and irregularly shaped. The uneven
colour shade of ice cubes is caused by the air trapped inside
due to rapid freezing. This is normal and shouldn't be a
cause for concern.
Low water level in the tank alert
When the water level in the tank is low, the device will signal
this fact with the ADD WATER LED indicator. Add water to
the tank to the MAX level line, and then press the POWER
button to restart the device.
PLEASE NOTE: in cases like the above or if there is a power
cut, the compressor sometimes takes about 3 minutes
before restarting - this is normal, not the device defect!
Ice tank full alert
If the ice level exceeds the maximum level in the tank, the ICE
FULL LED will light, and the device will stop working. Remove
the ice from the tank; once the ice level is below the overfill
sensor, the device will restart automatically.

b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface -
it is recommended to use water and vinegar solution.

Press the CLEAN button and start the machine. The
water, which must be clean, will be pumped, and the
internal cleaning cycle will begin. The cleaning cycle takes
approximately 4 minutes.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a power failure or accidental
disconnection of the power supply, or if the ON/OFF button
is pressed during the ice making process, small ice shavings
may form and block the ejection mechanism. To eliminate
the problem, disconnect the device from the power supply
and gently push the mechanism backward, removing the ice
shavings, and then restart the device.
