The electrical circuit of the socket must be secured to at least 16A. Only connect
the device to a wall outlet; do not use any extension cords or power strips.
•
Place the device so that the plug is easily accessible so as to quickly disconnect
the device if the need arises.

5.3 Operation

•
Before commencing using this device, please clean it according to indications set
out in item 6.2 „Cleaning".
•
Place the tray in the container.
•
Place the required sausage number on the tray in the unit.
•
Fill unit with the desired amount of water.
WARNING! Risk of scalding!
When filling the container with water, do not exceed the „MAX" mark.
Splashing of excess water may cause burns!
NOTE!
Fill the unit with warm water, this will save time and energy!
•
Place the cover on the container.
•
Connect the unit to a single, earthed power outlet.
•
Switch on the unit using the main switch.
•
Using the temperature adjustment knob, set the desired temperature,
between 30 ° C and 90 ° C.
•
The green heating indicator will light up. When the desired temperature is reached,
the indicator diode shall switch off.
•
When the container temperature falls, heating shall be switched on again
automatically in the unit, until the desired temperature is reached.
•
In this way, the sausages may be kept warm over the required period of time.
CAUTION!
Make sure that the water level does not drop below the „MIN" mark!
The water level should be inspected regularly during operation, with water
added if necessary. Never use the device without water!
•
To serve warm sausages, remove them from the unit.
