-Avoid the risk of fire or scorching: Position the
appliance for use so that it is completely free-
standing, and never against a wall or in a corner, or
against curtains or similar. Keep flammable material
away and do not cover the appliance.
-Avoid the risk of burning: Ensure that no-one
touched the hot parts of the appliance during use
and the cooling down period. Allow the appliance to
cool down before cleaning, transporting or storing it.
CAUTION - material damage

Place the appliance on a level, heatproof and
splashproof surface. So not place it on surfaces that
can become hot, such as cooker tops or near a gas
stove.

Never cut the crepes on the baking plate! Use
only heatproof plastic or wooden utensils so as not to
scratch the non-stick coating on the baking plate.

Never use abrasive cleaning agents, oven
cleaners or materials that might scratch when
cleaning. This could damage the non-stick coating.
•
The appliance is equipped with non-skid rubber
feet. Furniture today is coated with various varnished
and synthetic substances and treated with many
different paints. Some of these products may contain
substances that react adversely with the rubber feet
and soften them. If necessary, place an anti-slip mat
under the appliance.
