Step 2: Removing old PCB
1. Disconnect the wire harnesses and take note of their
terminal positions. (See "Fig. 4 Wiring Diagram" on
page 3.)
2. Remove the PCB. Standoffs are released by pinching
the sides with needle nose pliers, as shown in Fig. 3.
Step 3: Installing New PCB
1. Carefully insert the new PCB in the same location as
the previous one. Using new standoffs provided if
required.
2. Re-connect the wire harnesses. Refer to the wiring
diagram on the unit for assistance.

Step 4: Start Up
1. Close the electrical door and ensure that the front
cover is in place and secured with its retaining
screws.
2. Turn on the mains power using the installed discon-
nect.
3. Turn the On/Off switch on the front of the humidifier
to "On".
*The humidifier will perform a self-diagnostic sequence
during which the LED's and internal components will be
momentarily activated. If an error is detected during the
self-diagnostic sequence the humidifier will not start.
The yellow status LED will flash in sequence to indicate
the detected fault. See Operations Manual for informa-
tion on diagnosing and correcting faults.
