The hose must be laid parallel to the floor
(at the height of the outlet on the IK 300) and
then upwards at an angle of 90° (see Fig. 12).
When an extension is connected to the return
water line (greater than 6 m), each metre of
extension reduces the max height between hose
and floor by 0.1 m.
Important!
When connecting the water return line, make
sure that the outlet from the IK 300 is higher than
the outlets of other appliances, e.g. dishwashers
(backflows can cause flooding under the
appliance).
After connecting
– Open the tap completely.
– Check that there are no leaks from any
connections.
Note:
Every time you reconnect the appliance to the
water supply and every time the water supply is
cut off from the appliance, we recommend for
reasons of hygiene that you afterwards:
1. empty the water dispenser of at least eighteen
glasses until the water is clean and clear,
2. remove max 1.5 kg of ice cubes until they are
clean and clear.
Installing the IK 300 in the Kitchen Row
Slide the IK 300 into the intended niche in your
kitchen.
The water supply and drain lines must be laid in
the base under the kitchen cupboards, as shown
in Fig. 13.
Once the IK 300 has been slid into place, it must
be adjusted to match the front of the other
kitchen units.
The fastening elements provided for the decora-
tive wooden doors ard designed so that they lie
against the hinges.
