For safety reasons, do not add oil, butter or other greases or other ingredi-
ents to the corn kernels.

Seal the opening in the lid by turning the measuring cup upside down and

Place a sufficiently large, heat-resistant bowl under the popcorn discharge.

We recommend that you not use metal bowls because they can become

Connect the appliance to the mains network (220–240 V~, 50/60 Hz).

Switch on the appliance via the On/Off switch.
10. The appliance heats up and after a short time the corn starts popping.
11. The finished popcorn falls into the bowl through the discharge opening.
12. When all the corn kernels have popped, switch off the appliance via the On/
Off switch.
13. You can enjoy the finished, still hot popcorn pure, or you can refine it to
your taste:
ƒ For sweet popcorn add sugar, powdered sugar or caramel
ƒ For savoury popcorn add salt, paprika powder, curry, etc.
14. Tip: When adding spices to the popcorn, add 1-2 teaspoons of sunflower oil,
the sugar and spices will adhere better.
15. Occasionally some corn kernels do not pop, these kernels must be carefully
removed when the appliance has cooled, before the appliance is used again.
To do this, carefully tip the cooled appliance forward, so that these kernels
can fall out.
16. If you want to prepare another batch of popcorn, repeat steps 2 - 13. How-
ever let the appliance cool for at least 10 minutes after 5 minutes of opera-
tion.
17. If you do not prepare more popcorn, switch off the appliance via the On/Off
switch and unplug the plug from the electrical outlet.
Caution: The appliance, particularly the lid, becomes extremely hot during
operation - danger of burn injuries! For example, use potholders when
handling the appliance to prevent burns.
Do not remove the lid while the device is in operation - you can be burned
by the escaping hot air.
