Instructions
MATERIALS
A 1 Main Crossbar
D 4 M10x40 Bolts, Lock Washers, Ø30 Flat Washers, Special cage nuts and Retainers.
E 1 M8x25 Bolt, Neoprene Washer and Nyloc Nut
ZP 1 ZEP5 Electrical Plate
ZQ 1 ZEQ5 Electrical Plate Bracket
For use with either 3004 or 3012 series necks
FITTING
Remove lamp clusters (1 fastener inside boot) and disconnect plug.

2. Remove bumper (3 Torx in each wheel arch, 2 Torx beneath each lamp cluster, 6 Torx on lower edge of bumper and 1
tip screw behind wheel arch liner) and store carefully
Disconnect rear loom at plug and remove crash beam.

Insert crossbar (A) with assembled cage nuts into chassis rails, and fix using bolts (D). Fully seal open ends of chassis

rail to prevent any possible water ingress.
Attach Neck option as per separate fitting instructions, along with electrical plate bracket (ZQ). Fix electrical plate (ZP)

Cut bumper as shown below and refit, noting that if clearance for a flip up electrical plate is not required, the bumper cut

* can be reduced. Re-fitment is the reversal of removal.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 -10.9 GRADE - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm
