1.3 Operator Information

This manual is an essential part of the MiniFil device.
The operator shall ensure the operating staff has become familiar with the manual.
The operator is obliged to complement the Instruction Manual with operating
instructions arising from the national accident prevention and environmental
protection regulations, including information on supervisory and reporting obligations
to take account operational features, e.g. regarding organization of work, work
processes and deployed personnel. In addition to the Instruction Manual and the
binding accident prevention regulations applicable in your country and in the place
where the device is used it is necessary to take into account the recognized technical
rules for safe and proper handling the device.
The operator shall not perform any changes, extensions and alterations to the MiniFil
device that could affect its safety without the expressed consent of KEMPER GmbH!
Used spare parts must comply with the technical requirements specified by KEMPER
GmbH. This is always ensured when genuine spare parts are used!
Operation, maintenance, repairs and transport of the MiniFil device may only be
performed by trained and knowledgeable staff. Staff responsibilities in terms of
operation, maintenance, repairs and transportation must be clearly defined.
