1. Do not use the knife sharpener to sharpen serrated knives,
knives with a serrated edge or scissors.
2. The ceramic wheel can become worn or dirty. This is normal.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the knife sharpener with a soft brush. The outer case can be
wiped off with a moist cloth.
