OPERATION
This coffee maker allows you to make up to 12 cups
of coffee. You can fill the removable permanent filter
directly, without having to use any paper filters. The
appliance is equipped with a handy pause-and-serve
function, so that no coffee will come out of the filter if
the pot is removed during the coffee making process.

uSING FOR THE FIRST TIME

• Remove all packaging from the appliance.
• Clean the appliance. See 'Cleaning and
Maintenance'.
• The first time, switch the coffee maker on with a full
water reservoir but without coffee, in accordance
with the procedure in 'Using the appliance', in order
to clean the appliance.
• Switch the appliance off using the on/off switch.
• Pour the water in the pot away.
• Allow the appliance to cool down for a few minutes.
• Continue with the procedure in 'Using the appliance'.

uSING THE APPLIANCE

• Fill the pot with water.
• Pour the water from the pot into the water reservoir.
The water level indicator shows you how much water
is required for the desired number of cups of coffee.
The water level must not go above the 'max' mark.
• Close the lid.
