Fig. 11: Replace the lids (2) on all tanks (3, 3I and 3II)
and re-tighten the relative tank closure knobs (1) by
turning them clockwise.
Before closing the lids, clean the tank edges
carefully to remove any sand residue and so
prevent wear on the seals.
Fig. 12: Switch on the sandblasting equipment at the
main switch (5): at the same time switch on the neon
light (19). Open the glass hatch (18) by pulling the
lower extremity upwards, making sure that the hinges
(7), on both sides, click into place in the vertical
position.

0. Neutral position
1. Right-hand red cylinder (3I) with relative pressure
regulator (6I) and pressure gauge (4I).
2. Central blue cylinder (3) with relative pressure
regulator (6) and pressure gauge (4).
3. Left-hand black cylinder (3II) with relative pressure
regulator (6II) and pressure gauge (4II).
Fig. 14: Lower the glass hatch (18), press the air control
pedal (24) and set pressure by slowly rotating, clockwise,
the knob (6, 6I, 6II) that corresponds to the tank (3, 3I,
3II) you wish to use until the desired pressure, shown on
the reference gauge (4, 4I, 4II), is obtained.
It is recommended that you use a maximum pressure of 6 bar for the 25/60 µm (3) and
60/110 µm (3a) tanks and 4 bar for the 110/250 µm (3b) tank.
