MAINTENANCE

Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly.
ATTENTION: Make sure the engine is completely shut down before performing any maintenance
or repair. This will eliminate any potential risk.

REPLACING THE CUTTING BLADE

ATTENTION: Always protect your hands by wearing heavy gloves and/or wrapping the cutting
edges with rags or other materials when performing any maintenance on the blades. ALWAYS
remove the battery when servicing or transporting the mower.
REMOVE THE BLADE
ATTENTION: Pay attention to blade rotation during blade removal and installation.
1.
Loosen the blade screw (23) with a 14 mm hexagonal spanner.
2.
Remove the blade (24) carefully.
3.
Note the direction of installation: The blade should engage, as shown, at the cutting points (25).
4.
Carefully place the blade (24).
5.
Tighten the blade screw (23) with a 14 mm (35-40 Nm) hex key.
NOTE: Be sure to replace parts in the exact order they were removed.

CLEANING THE MOWER

ATTENTION: In order to reduce the risk of electric shock, do not expose the mower to water.
The underside of the mower deck should be cleaned after each use, because grass clippings, leaves,
dirt, and other debris will accumulate, which will cause rust and corrosion.
Remove any accumulation of grass and leaves on or around the engine hood (do not use water). Clean the mower with a dry cloth
from time to time. If debris builds up on the underside of the mower during use, stop the engine, disconnect the mower from the
battery, then tilt the mower sideways and scrape the surface with an appropriate tool.
