The following indicator lamps light during the charging process:
• Blue/red: Charger is connected, battery is being charged.
• Blue/green: Charger is connected, battery is fully charged.
To increase the life span of your battery, fully charge the LED system
prior to first startup and do not store it with an empty battery over a
longer period of time. Re-charge it at least every six months. Do not
let your LUMA ACTIVE charge unattended and disconnect it when the
charging process is completed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Switching on
• After switching on the LUMA ACTIVE, the battery level is shown for
three seconds (depending on the battery level 1, 2, 3 or all 4 red back
LEDs are on).
• If the button is pressed during these three seconds, the battery level
indication is interrupted.
• After the battery level indication, the back lights automatically switch
back into the last used mode (by doing so, the favorite mode must not
be selected again).
• The front lights however always start in mode one when turned on.

During operation

• If the battery level drops below 50% during use, the front
LED flashes for a few seconds to warn the wearer.*
• If the battery level drops below 25% during use, the front lights are
switched to the lowest mode (power saving mode). You can still
manually switch back to the desired lighting mode.*
• If you switch the mode of your back lights, the front lights flash shortly
to indicate that the switch of the back lights was successful.
* Battery level detection may vary depending on temperature and modus.
