INSTRUCTION MANUAL

With this Party Grill you can always barbecue whenever you want to. Whether in
the sunny outdoors or in the comfort of indoors if it is raining, give your guests a
barbecue experience they'll never forget.
STARTING UP THE APPLIANCE
o
Before you use the griddle and raclette pans for the first time, wash them with
washing up liquid and dry them. Place the griddle with the flat side facing upwards.
Before the first use, lightly oil the griddle.
o
Note: The griddle is preheated to the ideal grilling temperature after about 10
minutes.
FAT / OIL COLLECTOR
AFTER USE
o
You must unplug the appliance.
o
Leave the griddle on the appliance to cool down (never quench it with
water/liquid).
o
After every use, wash out the cooled aluminium griddle with washing up liquid; do
not use any abrasive cleaning agents.
o
To remove the guide plate (2), the aluminium panel must be lifted off the grill. Pull
the guide plate out of its mount and clean it thoroughly.
o
Carefully take the oil collector (3) on the side out and wash it thoroughly.
o
Do not clean the little pans in the dishwasher.
o
Grilling - Turn the thermostat to maximum (aluminium griddle with the flat side
facing upwards). Season the meat or fish and depending on the thickness, grill it for
around 2 to 4 minutes on each side, then add salt. Sausages can be barbecued
whole, but we do advise that you cut thick sausages into approx. 2 cm thick slices.

This grill has a special cleaning opening (1) on both sides
of the griddle. The residual fat/oil is channelled over a
guide plate (2) into the collector (3) making it practical
and easy to clean.
