Diagnosis and repairs
Refer to the tables below to resolve your problems.
The freezer heads do not ice up
Diagnosis:
The freezer is not connected.
The freezing time is not long enough.
Contact between freezer head, refrigerating
clamp and pipe does not offer adequate cold
exchange.
The temperature of the water in the pipes is
too high.
The pumps have not stopped, water still
circulates.
The flexibles or the equipment is defective.
Ice does not form on the tube
Diagnosis:
The freezing time is not long enough.
The temperature of the water in the pipes is

The pipe does not freeze even though ice forms
Diagnosis:
The liquid to be frozen contains antifreeze.
The freezing times are longer than those indicated in the table.

Solution:
Connect the Siberia freezer.
Continue the freezing for some time.
Spread heat-conducting paste between each
element.
Continue the freezing.
Stop the pumps.
Return the unit to Virax After-Sales Service
Solution:
Continue the freezing for some time.
