    6. DESCRIZIONE TECNICA Le cucine a legna La NORDICA si addicono a cucinare sulla piastra e al forno e a riscaldare spazi abitativi per alcuni periodi, o a sostenere un riscaldamento centralizzato insufficiente. Esse sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno.

    ROSA REVERSE 1A - Registro Aria PRIMARIA (Figura 6 a pagina 67 Con il registro inferiore viene regolato il passaggio dell’aria primaria nella parte bassa attraverso il cassetto cenere e la griglia in direzione del combustibile. L’aria primaria è necessaria per il processo di combustione. Il cassetto cenere deve essere svuotato regolarmente, in modo che la cenere non ostacoli l’entrata dell’aria per la combustione.

    ROSA REVERSE Una sezione troppo piccola provoca una diminuzione del tiraggio. Si consiglia un’altezza minima di 4 m. Sono VIETATE e pertanto pregiudicano il buon funzionamento dell’apparecchio: fibrocemento, acciaio zincato, superfici interne ruvide e porose. In Figura 1 a pagina 64 sono riportati alcuni esempi di soluzione.

    ROSA REVERSE 10. ACCENSIONE IMPORTANTE: alla prima accensione è inevitabile che venga prodotto un odore sgradevole (dovuto dall’essiccamento dei collanti presenti nella cordicella di guarnizione o dalle vernici protettive), il quale sparisce dopo un breve utilizzo. Si deve comunque assicurare una buona ventilazione dell’ambiente.

    ROSA REVERSE 11. FUNZIONAMENTO NORMALE Dopo aver posizionato i registri correttamente inserire la carica di legna oraria indicata, evitare sovraccarichi che provocano sollecitazioni anomale e deformazioni (secondo le indicazioni riportate nel capitolo DESCRIZIONE TECNICA). Bisogna sempre usare il prodotto con la porta chiusa per evitare danneggiamenti dovuti all’eccessivo surriscaldamento (effetto forgia). La non osservanza di tale regola fa decadere la garanzia.

    6. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION The fire cookers of La NORDICA are suitable to cook on the grill and on the oven and to heat living spaces for some periods or to support an insufficient centralized heating system. They are ideal for holiday apartments and weekend houses or as an auxiliary heating system during the whole year.

    ROSA REVERSE cannot block the primary air intake for combustion. The primary air also keeps the flame alive. The primary air register must be almost completely closed during wood combustion, as otherwise the wood burns too quickly and the cooker may overheat.

AIR FLOW IN THE PLACE OF INSTALLATION DURING COMBUSTION As the product draw their combustion air from the place of installation, it is MANDATORY that in the place itself, a sufficient quantity of air is introduced. NORMAL OPERATION After having positioned the registers correctly, insert the indicated hourly wood load avoiding overloads that cause anomalous stresses and deformations (according to the instructions on paragraph TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION). You should always use the product with the door closed in order to avoid damages due to overheating (forge effect).

    ROSA REVERSE cleaned from the front side of the oven (see chap. CLEANING SMOKE COMPARTMENT COOKERS) or from the top. In this case remove the cast iron rings and the cooking plate, as well the smoke outlet spigot and the smoke pipe. The cleaning can be carried out by using a brush and a hoover.

    • Um die Reinigung und die Wartung des Produktes und des Rauchabzugs zu ermöglichen, muss die Installation geeignet sein. La NORDICA S.p.A. haftet nicht für Produkte, die ohne Genehmigung geändert wurden, und ebenso wenig, wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurden. Ihr gewohnter Bezirksschornsteinfeger ist von der Installation des Heizungsherds zu unterrichten, damit er seinen ordnungsgemäßen Anschluss an den Rauchabzug und dessen Leistungsvermögen überprüfen kann.
  • Page 31 ROSA REVERSE Die Raumbeheizung erfolgt: Durch Strahlung: über die Sichtfensterscheibe und heiße Außenflächen des Ofens wird Wärme in den Raum abgestrahlt. Der Dauerbrandherd ist mit Primär- und Sekundärlufteinstellvorrichtungen ausgerüstet, mit denen die Verbrennungsluft eingestellt wird. 1A - Regler PRIMÄRluft ( Abbildung 6 auf Seite 67).

RAUCHABZUG Grundlegende Anforderungen für einen einwandfreien Betrieb des Geräts: • Der innere Querschnitt sollte vorzugsweise kreisförmig sein. • Er muss wärmeisoliert und wasserundurchlässig und mit Materialien gebaut sein, die der Hitze, den Verbrennungsprodukten und eventuellen Kondensaten widerstehen.

    ROSA REVERSE Wenn der Rauchabzug eines offenen Kamins benutzt werden soll, muss die Haube unter der Stelle der Einmündung des Rauchkanals hermetisch verschlossen werden (Pos. A Abbildung 5 auf Seite 66). Wenn der Rauchabzug zu groß ist (z.B. 30x40 oder 40x50 cm), muss er mit einem Rohr aus rostfreiem Stahl von mindestens 200mm Durchmesser verrohrt werden (Pos.

    ROSA REVERSE 10. ANFEUERUNG WICHTIG: Es ist unvermeidlich, dass beim ersten Anfeuern (wegen der Nachtrockung des Klebstoffs in der Dichtschnur oder den Schutzlacken) ein unangenehmer Geruch entsteht, der nach kurzer Betriebsdauer verschwindet. Es muss in jedem Fall eine gute Belüftung des Raums gesichert sein. Beim ersten Anfeuern empfehlen wir, eine geringe Brennstoffmenge in den Ofen zu geben und die Heizleistung des Produckt langsam zu erhöhen.

    ROSA REVERSE 11. NORMALER BETRIEB Nachdem man die Einstellvorrichtung des Abgasventils richtig gestellt hat (vorzugsweise geschlossen), die angegebene stündliche Holzladung laden, und dabei Überladungen vermeiden, welche anomale Beanspruchungen und Verformungen verursachen (siehe Kap. TECHNISCHE BESCHREIBUNG). Man darf immer den Produckte mit geschlossener Tür benutzen, um die Überhitzungsschaden zu vermeiden (Schmiedeeffekt).

    WICHTIG : Die WARTUNG UND PFLEGE muss ausschließlich bei kalter Ausrüstung ausgeführt werden. Es dürfen ausschließlich Ersatzteile benutzt werden, die ausdrücklich von der La NORDICA genehmigt wurden. Falls nötig, wenden Sie sich an einen unserer spezialisierten Händler.     ROSA REVERSE 13.9. HERDPLATTE UND RINGE AUS GUSSEISEN WICHTIG: Lassen Sie keine Töpfe oder Pfannen auf dem kalten Rahmen. Dies würde die Bildung von unästhetischen Rostflecken führen, welche schwer zu entfernen sind! Die Herdplatte aus Gusseisen und die Ringe aus Gusseisen (Herde-Öfen) müssen regelmäßig 150-Schleifpapier geschliffen werden (Achtung nicht die emaillierten Teile).

    Quand le conduit de fumée cesse de brûler, le faire contrôler par un spécialiste pour localiser d’éventuelles fissures ou points perméables. 6. DESCRIPTION TECHNIQUE Les cuisinières à bois La NORDICA permettent de cuisiner sur la plaque et de chauffer des espaces de logement durant certaines périodes ou de compléter un chauffage centralisé insuffisant. Elles conviennent parfaitement aux appartements de vacances ou de week-end ou bien comme chauffage d’appoint pendant toute l’année.
  • Page 43 ROSA REVERSE Le chauffage du milieu ambiant se fait: par rayonnement: la chaleur est rayonnée dans le milieu ambiant à travers les superficies externes chaudes de la cuisinière. La cuisinière est équipée avec de régulateurs d’air primaire et secondaire, avec les quels on règle la combustion.

CONDUIT DE LA CHEMINÉE Conditions fondamentales pour un bon fonctionnement de l’appareil: • la section interne doit être circulaire de préférence; • être thermiquement isolée imperméable et construite avec des matériaux aptes à résister à la chaleur, aux produits de la combustion et aux éventuelles vapeurs de la condensation;...

  • Page 45: Amenée D'air Dans Le Lieu De La Mise En Place Durant La Combustion

    ROSA REVERSE • le Règlement UNI 10683-2005 – ITALIE prévoit que les courbes ou les variations de direction ne doivent en aucun cas être supérieures à 2 y compris l’introduction dans le conduit de fumée. Si l’on veut utiliser le conduit de fumée d’une cheminée ou d’un foyer ouvert, il faudra fermer hermétiquement le hotte sous le point d’entrée du canal de fumée pos.

    ROSA REVERSE 10. ALLUMAGE IMPORTANT: il est inévitable qu’une odeur désagréable se produise au premier allumage (suite au séchage des collants de la cordelette câblée du joint d’étanchéité et des vernis de protection), qui disparaît après une courte période d’utilisation. Il faut donc assurer une bonne ventilation du local.

FONCTIONNEMENT NORMAL Après avoir positionné les clapet correctement, introduire la charge de bois horaire indiqué évitant surcharges qui provoquent effort anormaux et déformations (selon les indications du chap. DESCRIPTION TECHNIQUES). Vous devez utiliser l’appareil toujours avec la porte fermée, pour éviter des problèmes dû au surchauffage (forge effet). La non observance de cette règle fait échoir la garantie.

FUNCIONAMIENTO NORMAL Después de posicionar los reguladores correctamente introduzca la carga horaria indicada, evitando sobrecargas que provocan desgastes anómalos y deformaciones(según las indicaciones del párrafo DESCRIPCIÓN TÉCNICA).     13.4. LAS MAYÓLICAS Las mayólicas La NORDICA son productos de alta factura artesanal y por tanto pueden encontrarse en las mismas micro-picaduras, grietas e imperfecciones cromáticas.
