• Unplug the device.
• Wash trays in warm water with detergents. Wipe
dry everything. They can't be washed in a
dishwasher.
• Wipe dry the device inside and outside with a
damp cloth. Never immerse it into the water
because of the danger of electric shock.
• Thoroughly dry all the parts.
Solution
• Check the outlet, if it is active contact the service center.
• Set the temperature. If the problem remains contact service
center.
• Immediately turn off the device and remove pieces of food
that could have stuck in the motor. To do this, turn the base
of the dehydrator and shake it several times. If the fan does
not turn on, contact a service center. If liquids are spilled into
the base of the dehydrator, unplug the device and contact a
service center to replace the motor unit.
• Unload the trays, check if they are installed correctly, replace
damaged once with new. If there are 4 trays installed change
them in the process of dehydration.
• Cut the products into equal pieces and place them evenly.
• Do not block the air openings with products.
• Immediately turn off the device and remove pieces of food. To
do this, turn the base of the dehydrator and shake it several
times. If the fan still makes noise, contact a service center.
• Contact a service center.

5. Warranty does not cover defects caused due to violations
of the rules of consumer use, storage or transportation of
the goods, actions of third parties or force majeure, includ-
ing but not limited to the following cases:
• If the defect was a result of careless handling, used for
other purposes, violations of conditions and rules of op-
eration set forth in the instruction manual, including as
a result of exposure to high or low temperatures, high
humidity or dust, traces of opening the device indepen-
dently and/ or self-repair, mismatch state standards
for power grids, getting liquids, insects or other foreign
objects, substances inside the device, as well as long-
term use of the product in extreme operational modes.
