with your hands or other body parts under any circumstances.

Instruction Manual
Place the Vario frame in the cutter base, click the grater of your
choice into place and remove the blade protector.
Move the foods across the grater swiftly.

Place the Julietti frame into the cutter base by putting the 2 small
nibs into the recesses and push the semi-circular tab into the grip
indent until you hear it click into place.
Insert the spiral insert into the frame and turn clockwise until it locks
into place. Make sure that the blade is pointing towards the
collecting container after insertion (note the marks on the frame and
spiral insert).
