ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Parts List:
(1) Platform Assembly (includes ramp)
(1) Handrail Assembly
(1) Display Assembly
(4) Plastic Feet Assemblies
Tools required: Phillips head screwdriver, Allen wrenches (included).
Remove each assembly from the carton and unwrap packing material carefully to prevent
scratching the unit's parts. It is recommended to perform the assembly by two persons.
(refer to the Parts List on page 22 for details on parts followed by
1. Place the platform on a level floor, mat side up.
2. Unscrew all the screws from the bottom of the handrail assembly. Hold the handrail
assembly perpendicular to the platform assembly, as shown in Figure 1. Feed the load cell
cable (protrudes from the right side of the handrail assembly) into the tube in the right
handrail support. The load cell cable should pass through the tube and exit beneath the
platform.
3. Lower the handrail assembly onto the handrail supports and install 2 handrail attachment
bolts at each side of the handrail. Lead all screws/bolts before tightening.
4. Rotate the display support so that it is perpendicular to the handrail.
5. Position the display assembly close to the display support on the handrail. Connect the
load cell cable connector to the load cell port on the rear of the display assembly and
insert and secure the cable into the center channel in the display.
