4. The telephone and receiver are now paired. The receiver will display this with a con-
stantly lit blue LED. Now you can use the receiver to listen to music through the cell
phone or make calls.
Please note: The receiver will always connect first to the last connected device.
Once you turn on the SonumaxxBT receiver and a Bluetooth enabled cell phone is in range,
the receiver will automatically connect to the cell phone.
To connect the receiver with the SonumaxxBT transmitter once again, turn off the Bluetooth
function on your cell phone or move the cell phone out of range. The SonumaxxBT receiver
will then automatically connect to the SonumaxxBT transmitter when it is turned on.
Connect SonumaxxBT set for telephone calls with simultaneous transmission from the
SonumaxxBT.
This procedure only has to be completed once. A functional pairing between the Sonu-
maxxBT transmitter and SonumaxxBT receiver is required. This has already been complet-
ed as a factory default.
1. Press the power button on the back of the receiver for 2 seconds to turn it on. The
receiver will connect to the transmitter automatically. The blue LED on the transmitter
will indicate they are connected.
2. Press the telephone button on the receiver until the blue LED on the receiver starts to
flash. The receiver is now ready to pair with a cell phone.
3. Pair the receiver and the cell phone. See the handbook for your cell phone for instruc-
tions.
4. The telephone and receiver are now paired. The receiver will display this with a con-
stantly lit blue LED. The devices are now working together and prepared.
5. Press the power button for 2 seconds to activate the SonumaxxBT receiver, or activate it
by placing it in the SonumaxxBT transmitter.
6. Turn off the Bluetooth function on your cell phone.
7. Press the power button on the back of the receiver for 2 seconds to turn it on. The
receiver will connect to the transmitter automatically. The blue LED on the transmitter
will indicate they are connected.
8. Turn the Bluetooth function on your cell phone back on. The SonumaxxBT should be listed
in the list of recognised devices on your cell phone. Now, connect the cell phone with
the SonumaxxBT receiver using the menu on your cell phone. Now the cell phone and
SonumaxxBT transmitter are connected at the same time.
