Rendere note le presenti istruzioni
a tutto il personale interessato al-
l'utilizzo e alla manutenzione della
macchina.
Pulizia
DOPO ogni impiego :
a) Pulire il cilindro.
Smontare il cilindro utilizzando gli appo-
siti estrattori (foto 4)
b) Portare l'albero del martinetto in alto
(foto 5)
c) Pulire manualmente il pistone utiliz-
zando acqua calda.e prodotti ad uso ali-
mentare.
d) Lubrificare la guarnizione del pisto-
ne con grasso di vaselina per uso
alimentare.(foto 6)
e) Rimontare il cilindro
Saltuariamente, facendo molta
attenzione, smontare la guarnizio-
ne e pulire la sua sede (foto 6).
•
Non lavare con getto ad alta pres
sione.
•
Evitare di bagnare la parte fron
tale del basamento.
Presa misura di pressione per
collaudo e test impianto idraluico
(foto 7).
Manutenzione
Ad intervalli regolari, portando il pistone
in basso, verificare il livello dell'olio nel
serbatoio tramite l'indicatore di livello.
Se necessario regolare il livello.
Utilizzare olio idraulico marca: ESSO
UNIVIS N46 o analogo di altra marca.
CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE
Inform all personnel involved to use
and maintenance of the machine of
these Instructions.
Cleaning
AFTER each use :
a) Clean the piston.
Disassemble the cylinder using the
appropriate extractors (photo4)
b) Lower the Stainless Steel RAM to the
bottom.(photo5)
c) Manually clean the piston using hot
water and products suitable for use with
food.
d) Oil the gasket.(photo6)
e) Reinstall the cylinder
Periodically, the seal should be
disassembled with great care and
its housing cleaned (photo6).
•
Avoid high pressure washing.
•
Avoid spraying water on the
housing.
Clutch pressure detection for
hydraulic plant testing. (foto 7).
Maintenance
Rule of thumb, place piston in lower
position check oil level in reservoir with
the gauge, add oil if necessary.
Use ESSO UNIVIS N46 hydraulic oil or
a comparable oil of another brand.

Nettoyage
APRES chaque utilisation :
a) Nettoyer le piston.
Démonter le cylindre en utilisant les
extracteurs prévus à cet effet (photo4)
b) Mettre la tige de vérin en position
haute.(photo5)
c) Nettoyer manuellement le piston en
utilisant de l'eau chaude et des produits
pour usage alimentaire.
d) Huiler le joint de piston.(photo6)
e) Remontage le cylindre .
De temps en temps, en faisant
très attention, démonter le joint et
nettoyer son logement.(photo6)
•
Ne pas laver à haute pression.
•
Eviter d'asperger la face avant du
socle.
Mesure de la pression pour
l'essai
et
test
installation
hjdraulique (foto 7).
Entretien
De façon régulière, le piston en position bas-
se, vérifier le niveau d'huile dans le réservoir
à l'aide de la jauge. Ajuster le niveau si
nécessaire.
Utiliser de l'huile pour circuit hydraulique
marque ESSO UNIVIS N46 ou autre aux
caractéristiques similaires.
