2.3. Ergonomic tips

Medical studies have shown that certain physical problems and
injuries can result from continuous and repetitive movements
coupled with an unsuitable working environment and poor
working habits. Take frequent breaks when you are working at

numbness or tingling in your arms, wrists, hands or fingers.
