Getting started
4.1 Installation tips
•
First, turn off all devices (TV and HDMI sources) before connecting them to the
TV Anywhere Wireless HD™. If a device cannot be turned off, please remove its
plug from the wall socket.
•
For the best picture and sound quality, only use High Speed HDMI® certified
cables.
•
Please be careful when connecting your HDMI cables. These damage easily.
4.2 Connecting an HD transmitter
The transmitter sends the HD video signal wirelessly to the receiver in another room.
Therefore, place the transmitter near your HDMI source (for example: a digital TV
decoder, Blu-ray player, Media Player, Media Center PC/laptop or hard disk recorder).
1.
Use an HDMI cable to connect the HDMI source to the HDMI port marked "HDMI
IN" on the HD transmitter.
2.
Optional: To continue watching TV in this room as well, use an HDMI cable (not
supplied) to connect a TV to the HDMI port marked "HDMI OUT".
3.
Connect the power adapter to the connector marked "POWER" and insert the
plug into the wall socket.
