Key lock (child safety feature)
To avoid the undesirable use, the
hob's control may be blocked.
• Touch and hold the key 1.
The device emits a beep. The timer
display shows a symbol 2, Lo.
While the lock is engaged, all
operation of the keys is disabled,
with the exception of the OFF key 3.
If the child lock function has been
activated before turning off the hob
then by the next turning on the hob,
the child lock will be activated.
Cancelling the child lock
• Touch and hold the key 1
during 3 seconds.
The device emits a beep. All keys
are unblocked.
Safety shutdown Safety Guard
If you didn't turn off one or several
cooking zones after use the hob,
then they will turn off automatically
after elapsing a maximal working
time one of them. In this case the
indicators of the corresponding
zones show symbols 4, H.
