Sensors cleaning
Use the cleaning tool or a soft cloth to wipe the sensors gently as shown below below:

Solution
Check if the bumper is blocked.
The free-fall sensors are dirty,
please clean them.
Voltage is too low and external
assistance is needed, or the power
switch is off while charging.
