No steam is produced.
The water tank (7) is empty.
► Top up the water tank.
The device has not yet reached the oper-
ating temperature.
► Wait until the heating control
lamp (16) has gone out.
A low temperature level has been set.
► Select a higher temperature level.
The steam production has not yet been
started.
► Press the steam burst button (3) two
to three times.
At high temperatures the steam pro-
duced is dry and almost invisible. This is
exacerbated by a high ambient temper-
ature.
► Set a lower temperature to check
whether the device is producing
steam.
Water emerges from the bottom of
the iron.
A low temperature level has been set.
► Select a higher temperature level.
The water tank (7) is overfi lled.
► Pour away some water.
