MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar
B 1 LH Sidearm
C 1 RH Sidearm
D 4 M14 x 40 x 2.0mm pitch bolts, M14 x Nylocks
E 8 M14 x 90 x 2.0mm pitch bolts, M14 Form A Washers, M14 ext lock washers
ZE 1 Flip up Electrical Plate
ZN 1 Detachable neck (ZQE3020)
FITTING
1. Remove light clusters,bumper and bumper beam, retaining the 8 M14 bolts from the rear panel area (beam will not be
refitted).
2. Insert sidearms (B) and (C) inside chassis opening and loosely attach to chassis rail using fasteners (E).
3. Secure the rest of the sidearms using the 8 original bolts from the crash beam.
4. Attach Cross Bar (A) to rear panel using bolts D. Use the upper set of holes for cars with coil spring suspension and
lower set of holes for cars with air suspension (ball height reduces by 50mm and bumper cut required).
5. Fully tighten all bolts to their recommended torque settings.
6. Refer to Detachable neck instructions and fit ZN and Electrical plate ZE.
7. With the crossbar on the lower set of holes a bumper cut is required
With the cross bar on the upper set of holes replace valence as normal or a bumper cut can be made.
Recommended torque settings: M12 – 130Nm, M14 - 150 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm
