Decalcification
1 Decalcifying the heating rods and stainless steel housing
Use the clamp to attach the device to the cooking vessel. Fill the boiling vessel with water up
to the MAX mark on the device and add vinegar essence in a ratio of 1:5. Set the tempera-
ture to 70 °C and the timer to 20 minutes and start the device. Then unplug the plug and let the
device cool down. Now rinse the heating elements and the stainless steel housing with water
and dry the parts thoroughly. Repeat the process if necessary.
