Clip out ventilation grille from A-pillar covering.

Build loudspeaker, air duct and ventilation grille into the
REMIS A-pillar covering as follows:

Place the 5 blue O-rings onto the snap rivet.
B11:
Put on loudspeaker.
B12:
Place 3 O-rings onto the snap rivet of the
loudspeaker and secure with 3 snap rivets.
