• You can defrost in your oven with a minimum amount of heat as the fan
circulates the air to accelerate the temperature exchange.
•This mode is particularly suited to fragile food meant to be eaten raw (strawberries, rasp-
berries, etc.).
•You can increase the temperature to defrost foods meant to be cooked immediately af-
ter defrosting (meats, etc.). Proceed with caution to prevent the surface of the food from
cooking.

•Cooking is controlled by the bottom and top heating element with no pulsed air.
