• You can defrost in your oven with a minimum amount of heat as the fan
circulates the air to accelerate the temperature exchange.
•This mode is particularly suited to fragile food meant to be eaten raw (strawberries, rasp-
berries, etc.).
•You can increase the temperature to defrost foods meant to be cooked immediately af-
ter defrosting (meats, etc.). Proceed with caution to prevent the surface of the food from
cooking.

•Cooking is controlled by the bottom and top heating element with no pulsed air.
•With this mode, you can use a bain-marie created in the drip pain to perfectly cook eggs
in milk, flans, caramel custards and crème brûlées, which should be placed for a few mo-
ments under the grill after they have been sprinkled with brown sugar.
•After preheating, you can use it to cook roasts of red meat, fish, tarts and vegetables
such as potatoes au gratin and stuffed tomatoes.
