Assembly
1. Fix the carrying straps [7] to the container [1]. (Fig. 2)
2. Push the hose [3] on to the hose connection of the container [10] and the shutoff valve [6] and secure it
with the union nuts. (Fig. 3)
3. Screw the spray pipe [8] onto the shutoff valve [6] (Fig. 3)
4. If required, screw the extension pipe [9] between shutoff valve [6] and spray pipe [8].
Check
Visual check: Are container [1], pump [2], hose [3], shutoff valve [6], piston manometer [11] and spray pipe
and jet [8] undamaged? (Figs. 1, 3 and 4)
☞
Pay special attention to the connection between container and hose and hose – shutoff valve, as well as
the condition of the pump thread and spray pipe.
Tightness: Pump the empty appliance up to 2 bar pressure (Fig. 10).
► Pressure must not fall by more than 0.5 bar within 30 minutes.
Function: Pull up the piston manometer [11]. (Fig. 4)
► Pressure must escape.
Operate the shutoff valve [6]. (Fig. 12)
► Shutoff valve must open and close.
Have parts which are damaged or not functioning properly replaced immediately by our service
department or a service agent authorised by us.
Preparation
Observe the instructions in the Chapter "Safety".
1. Lift up and hold the red button of the piston manometer [11] until the container is no longer under pressure.
(Fig. 4)
2. Press the piston plunger with handle [12] downwards and turn it anticlockwise.
► piston plunger with handle is locked. (Fig. 5)
3. Screw the pump [2] out of the container. (Fig. 6)
☞
Recommendation for mixing the liquid to be sprayed in the appliance or to premix in an external container:
fill 1/3 water, then add the spray and top up with water.
4. Fill the container with the liquid to be sprayed [1]. (Fig. 7)
5. Check the liquid level with the help of the scale [13] on the container. (Fig. 7)
6. Screw the pump [2] in the container. (Fig. 8)
7.
Press the piston plunger with handle [12] downwards and turn it clockwise.
► piston plunger with handle is unlocked. (Fig. 9)
8. Create the desired pressure (→ Table 2) in the container (Fig. 10).
☞
Maximum pressure should not exceed 3 bar (red line on the piston manometer, Fig. 10).
If the maximum working pressure is exceeded, the safety valve will operate, releasing the excess pressure.
