Elimination
Remove the chips after turning the
machine off. To do so, open slider
39 (Fig. 10 - page 4). The chips in
the chip duct can now be easily
removed downwards. Then close
the slider to the rear again.
Use an extraction unit, which
guarantees an air speed of at least
20 m/s (65.6 ft/sec.) at the
extraction connection piece
Open slider 39 (Fig. 10 - page 4).
The wood particles can now be
easily removed downwards out of
the chip duct.
If this should not be completely
possible, lower the saw blade as
far as possible. Then close the
slider to the rear again.
Clean components and grease or
lubricate
Clean components
Swivel saw unit to less than 30°
Light module has
automatically set to idle state and
switches on again automatically
when the machine is moving
Remove the riving knife/splitter and
clean the golden contact surfaces
of dust and chips with a cloth.
