MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar
D 4 M10 x 40 High Tensile Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (40mm O.D.)
E 1 Right Hand Side Arm
F 1 Left Hand Side Arm
G 4 M10 x 40 High Tensile Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (30mm O.D.)
H 2 M12 x 40 Bolts, Nuts, Lock Washers, Flat Washers (30mm O.D.) and Large Flat Washers
(40mm O.D.)
J 4 M10 x 30 Bolts, Nuts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (20mm O.D.)
EP 1 Electrical Plate (ZEP2)
For use with either
MR29A Flange neck option – ZF2030. Note: This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or
Class A50-1 or A50-X towball dimensionally Conforming to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
MR29AQ Detachable neck option – ZQ2030. Please refer to ZQ fitting instructions for installation
FITTING
Remove bumper (4 fixings across top edge behind covers, 4 fixings on lower edge , 1 plastic clip each side retaining

wheel arch liners and 1 tip screw each side behind wheel arch liners). Remove bumper beam. Remove spare wheel
and boot floor carpet, (tucked under side and rear panels, no fixings). Remove two rearmost rubber grommets each
side from inside faces of chassis.
Insert Side Arms (E) and (F) into chassis and loosely attach using Bolts (D). Loosely attach Cross Bar (A) to the rear

panel using Bolts (G) and (H). Attach Cross Bar (A) to Side Arms (E) and (F) using Bolts (J). Tighten all bolts, ensuring
the rear panel is fully sealed to prevent water ingress into boot.
Cut Bumper as shown. Re-fit bumper. Attach Neck option as per separate fitting instructions along with the Electrical

Plate (EP).
Re-fit boot carpet and spare wheel.

Please refer to the vehicle specification for the trailer weight and nose limits, which must be observed.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M10 - 53 Nm, M12 - 95 Nm, M16 - 214 Nm
