Processus de montage
Assembly process
Monter le vérin sur la plaque de fixation vérin et le bloquer avec
l'axe. Lubrifier.
Monteer de vijzel op de bevestigingsplaat van de vijzel en borg
hem met de as. Smeren.
Le vérin est livré avec un réglage butée interne, ne
pas modifier ce réglage.
Fixer la pièce de déverrouillage sur la patte de fixation vantail à l'aide de
la vis.
Monter la patte de fixation vantail sur le doigt d'entraînement. Clipser la
pièce de déverrouillage sur le doigt d'entraînement pour le bloquer
Vérifiez l'horizontalité du vérin et marquez les perçages des points de
fixation, vantail en position fermé en appui sur la butée sol et le vérin sur
sa butée interne.
Percez et fixer l'équerre en 2 points. Le 3ème trou de fixation ne sera
percé qu'après le réglage de la course vérin.
Installez le vérin et vérifier l'horizontalité.
De vijzel wordt geleverd met ingestelde inwendige
aanslagnok. De instelling mag niet veranderd worden.
Bevestig het ontgrendelingselement op het bevestigingslipje van het
hekdeel met behulp van de schroef.
Monteer het bevestigingslipje van het hekdeel op de meeneemstift. Klik
het ontgrendelingselement op de meeneemstift om deze te borgen
Controleer of de vijzel horizontaal is, teken de bevestigingspunten voor
de gesloten deurvleugel af (vleugel op de aanslagnok op de grond, vijzel
op de inwendige aanslagknok).
Boor de gaten en bevestig de knieplaat op twee plaatsen. Het gat voor
het derde bevestigingspunt wordt pas geboord wanneer de slag van de
vijzel ingesteld is.
Installeer de vijzel en controleer of deze horizontaal is.
Montageproces
pin. Lubricate.

Screw the release piece to the gate attachment bracket.
Fit the gate attachment bracket to the driving pin. Clip the release piece
to the drive pin to secure it.
Check the cylinder horizontality. Mark the attachment point drill holes.
The leaf in the closed position, resting on the ground stop and the
cylinder on its internal stop.
Drill. Attach the angle plate at two points. The 3rd attachment hole will
only be drilled after adjusting cylinder travel.
Instal the cylinder and check its level.
Fijar la pieza de desbloqueo en la patilla de fijación batiente con el
tornillo.
Montar la patilla de fijación batiente en el pasador de accionamiento. Fijar
con clips la pieza de desbloqueo en el pasador de accionamiento para
bloquearlo
Comprobar la horizontalidad del cilindro y marcar los taladros de los
puntos de fijación, con la hoja en posición cerrada apoyada en el tope
de suelo y el cilindro en el tope interno.
Taladrar y fijar la escuadra en 2 puntos. El 3er orificio de fijación no se
taladrará hasta ajustar el recorrido del cilindro.
Instalar el cilindro y comprobar su horizontalidad.
