Setting the time
Pull the crown out to position 2. Turn
the crown upwards ( ) to move the
hands forwards to the date change at
midnight. Then set your watch to the
desired time by turning the hands
(Please note: if you set your watch
during the afternoon, you must first
move the hands past noon). Push the
crown back to position 1. After this
operation, rotate the crown down-
wards ( ) to make sure it turns freely.
Nota bene
Corrections of the year, the month,
(push-piece I) the date (push-piece
II), the day of the week (push-piece
III), the moon-phases (push-piece
IV) must under no circumstances
be done when the watch shows a time
between 10 pm and 1 am.
Correcting the year, the month
(push-piece I), the date (push-
piece II) and the day of the week
(push-piece III)
The leap-year indicator completes
a full revolution every four years. Push-
piece I simultaneously moves the year
and the month.
By pressing push-piece I the appro-
priate number of times, using the gold
stylus, first choose the leap year or
one of the standard years. Then conti-
nue pressing push-piece I using the
stylus to select the appropriate month,
and then finally press push-piece II
to set the date (1 to 31) of that month.
After completing the last operation
(date of the month) with push-piece I,
press push-piece III using the stylus to
individually correct the day of the
week.
