When submitting A Warranty Claim

Following information must be provided for your warranty.
1) Your name, address, and phone number, 2) Model name and serial number, 3) Date
of your purchase, 4) Product condition (as much detail as possible).
The warranty card must be presented for any services within your warranty period.

The manifacturer warrants this product against defects under normal use, and you may
pay for the service in other cases. See this manual for details.
If your warranty is expired, please contact the seller.

Before carrying out the repair service, an investigation will be made on the status of the
product by telephone or e-mail, to verify the usefulness of any repairs.
