5. General rules
The main characteristics: dimensions, etc. are specified and identified on the CE plate.
6. Preliminary checks
Upon receipt of the appliance, immediately check that there has been no transportation damage. Unpack
the appliance and make sure that the accessories have been added to the packaging.
In the event of transportation failures, your reservations to the driver must be documented immediately;
within a period of three days, these reservations must be confirmed by registered letter with return receipt to
the driver with a copy for information to the company or authorised distributor.
Any complaint must reach us within eight days. Beyond this deadline it will not be accepted.
7. Warranty terms
The equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (excluding electrical parts).
Any spare parts supplied under warranty will be returned free of charge to our warehouse.
In case of supplies of material under warranty/replacement, the material itself will only be supplied/replaced
after the return of the defective material covered by warranty.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility in the event of improper use of the appliance. Installation must
only be carried out by a specialist technician.
For any technical problems and any requests for intervention or assistance, it is necessary to contact only
your authorised dealer or assistance centre.
The necessary information for the dealer or assistance centre can be found on the CE plate.
8. Features
The appliances are designed, built and tested to ensure the preservation of beverages and foodstuffs for
short periods of time. Any other use is improper.

9.
Installation
Once the chiller has been unloaded, place it in the final position. The coolest and most ventilated area of
the room guarantees optimal operation and a reduction in energy consumption, as the system is under less
strain. Check the levelling of the chiller and alignment of the doors. Make sure the power outlet is in an
easily accessible area. Remove the inner and outer PVC film coating of the product. Make sure that the
electrical system has a circuit breaker (life saver). Earthing of the system is mandatory. Where the product
will not kept in operation for a long time, be sure to disconnect the power socket.
