USER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Premise
Congratulations on choosing one of our products, the result of technological experience and continuous
research for a superior product in terms of safety, reliability and performance.
In this manual you will find all the information and advice to be able to operate in maximum safety and
efficiency.

2. Introduction

This publication provides instructions for use and maintenance. IT IS NECESSARY TO STRICTLY
FOLLOW the instructions contained in this booklet. ONLY USE ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS.
The instructions, drawings, tables and everything else contained in the following file are of a technical
nature and are confidential and for this reason no information can be communicated to third parties without
the written permission of the manufacturer who is the exclusive owner and who reserves the right to make
all changes that it deems appropriate without notice. In case of dispute, the valid reference text remains that
in Italian.

3. General warnings

It is advisable to carefully read the instructions in the use and maintenance manual, remembering that the
manual itself is an integral part of the machine and must be stored carefully.
If it is lost or damaged, request another copy specifying the model and date of purchase of the appliance.

4. Basic safety standards

• Only work on the electrical parts after removing the voltage. Contact can cause
death.
• Do not use the machine with damp or wet hands or feet.
• Do not clean with the appliance while it is connected to the power
supply.
• Do not insert screwdrivers, kitchen utensils or anything else between the
moving parts or guards.
Use a safety electrical outlet with a life guard for the electrical connection and make sure that the voltage
and capacity of the mains are adequate for the absorption of the motor indicated on the CE plate
ATTENTION !!! ONLY WORK ON THE ELECTRICAL PARTS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE
VOLTAGE. CONTACT CAN CAUSE DEATH
ATTENTION: Do not store explosives, such as pressurised containers with flammable propellant, in
this appliance
ATTENTION: keep the ventilation openings in the appliance's casing or in the recess free from
obstruction
ATTENTION: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrost process other
than those recommended by the manufacturer;
ATTENTION: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit;
ATTENTION: Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments
