Radio-controlled alarm clock
• Press and hold the MSET button for three seconds.
• The seconds hand stops at 12 o'clock.
• Press and hold the MSET button until the desired time is indicated.
• Press the MSET button briefly. The clock hands moves forward
minute by minute.
• After 30 seconds or when pressing the REC button the seconds hand
will move forward again.
• The manually set time is overwritten once the DCF time signal is suc-
cessfully received.
5.3 RESET button
• If the device does not work properly press the RESET button using a
pin.
5.4 Alarm clock function
• Turn the dial for the alarm in the arrow direction to set the alarm
time.
• To activate the alarm function, press the ALARM button at the top.
• A green bar appears (ON).
• When the adjusted alarm time is reached, the alarm will ring.
• If the alarm is not stopped manually, the alarm sound automatically
turns off after 2 minutes and will be reactivated twelve hours later.
• To activate the snooze function, touch the alarm clock or make a
loud sound (such as clapping your hands).

• The alarm will be interrupted for 5 minutes.
• Press the alarm button to deactivate the alarm.
5.5 Backlight
• To activate the backlight, touch the alarm clock or make a loud sound
(such as clapping your hands).
• The alarm clock is illuminated for 10 seconds.
5.6 SNOOZE/LIGHT button
• To turn off the sound sensor, press and hold the SNOOZE/LIGHT but-
ton until the device alerts you with a beep.
• To activate the sound sensor again, press and hold the
SNOOZE/LIGHT button until the device alerts you with a double beep.
• Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button briefly to manually activate the
backlight and the snooze function.
6. Care and maintenance
• Clean the device with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or
scouring agents.
• Remove the batteries if the device will not be used for an extended
period of time.
• Keep the device in a dry place.
